Bellissimo Resort is situated at the west side of the island, inside the bay of Agios Ioannis. This naturally formed bay is so well protected from the Meltemi (strong north wind) and that makes the area one of the most popular on the island. You have 2 beaches to choose from within walking distance from the resort. Agios Ioannis beach, where the famous Shirley Valentine movie was filmed, is only a 5 minute walk and there you will find sun beds and umbrellas. A bit further down you will find Kapari beach, which is more secluded but offers the best sunset view on the island! Mykonos town is only 4 km away, which practically means a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute bus ride. Buses to and from Mykonos town run very frequently and there is a bus stop within walking distance from the accommodation.
